A remake ledger that assigns fault
Every remake records why it came back, who it is on, and what it cost your bench to do again. Attach the intake photograph that the fault call rests on. Mark it recoverable and it lands on that practice’s next invoice as its own line, named with the reason. Most labs absorb remakes that were not theirs, because nothing was written down at the time.
The practice sends the case in, complete
Each practice gets one link. No account, no password, nothing to install. They see their own cases and only their own, and they can send a new prescription from the same page. If that prescription is missing something the bench needs, Kache refuses it and names each missing field while the dentist is still at the keyboard with the chart open — rather than accepting it and letting the bench find the gap days later. The laboratory can revoke the link from the practice record at any time.
Which practice is actually costing you
Remake rate, turnaround, on-time percentage and revenue per practice, computed from your own cases rather than typed in. A practice sending forty cases a quarter with six coming back is a conversation you can have with the numbers in front of you.
Lot traceability, and the recall answer
Record which material lot went into which case. When a lot is recalled, one screen tells you how many cases are affected, how many have already been delivered, and which practices to call. A lot number stored as one field on a material cannot answer that.
