What counts as a location?
A place you sell from or run work out of — a store, a plant, a yard, a branch, a practice. One of those is the single-location plan. Two or more is the multi-location plan, at one price no matter how many.
Is there anything the flat price doesn't cover?
Two things: the AI assistant and phone or text messaging. Each has a real per-use cost, so they are billed by usage on top of your plan. Everything else for your industry is included.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding and data import are included — we help you get moved over.
Can I cancel anytime?
