Pick a blank from your own catalog and the AI ballparks stitch count and color count from the logo. The quote is priced against that blank's live cost and your matrix — stitch rate, digitizing fee, markup, minimum. When no AI key is set it falls back to a heuristic so a quote always comes back.
Blanks catalog with real stock
Track blanks by supplier, style, brand, color, and size with cost, on-hand, and reorder points. Building a job decrements stock atomically and blocks a run that doesn't have the garments, while drop-ship blanks ride along on a PO.
IP-rights attestation
Before a proof is approved, the customer attests in writing that they own the rights to reproduce the artwork, with a signature on the record — the liability shift that protects the shop on trademarked logos.
