Units used draw down the lot they came from
When a provider charts a treatment, the units used are decremented from the exact lot in real time — atomically, so you can't oversell a vial. Every unit is auditable back to a treatment record.
Clinical records with before/after and consent
Each treatment record captures the services and injectables used, before and after photos, and whether consent and the good-faith exam are on file — flagged per treatment that requires one.
