The booking that closes itself
One reservation can hold several pets in different runs across the same dates. Before it confirms, the server checks each run's capacity and every pet's rabies, DHPP, and bordetella status — so an overbooked run is rejected and an under-vaccinated pet can't slip through.
Automatic vaccination holds
A pet with missing or expired vaccinations is parked in a vax-hold instead of a confirmed slot. The owner gets a secure upload link by text, and the hold clears the moment proof is verified.
Occupancy board
A date-grid view of every run and reservation, with occupied-today, arrivals, and departures counts. Capacity is enforced, so a full run turns away an overbooking rather than silently accepting it.
Server-side pricing and deposits
Nightly rate times nights, plus per-day or flat add-ons, with deposit and balance due computed on the server — totals are never trusted from the booking screen.
