Multi-line deal desk

Build a deal across the major unit, trade-in, F&I products, and accessories. Front and total gross plus margin percentage are computed server-side from the unit's real cost, and a deal priced below its target margin is flagged automatically.

OEM feed tracking

Track each OEM's price-book, fiche, and incentive feed on its own weekly cadence — Polaris, Yamaha, BRP, Honda, Kawasaki. A feed left un-synced past a week is flagged stale and rolls into the Margin Guard so price drift never goes unnoticed.

Atomic deliver

Closing a deal flips the linked unit to sold in a single guarded transaction, so a unit on two deal sheets can't be delivered twice. OEM warranty claims are tracked from draft through paid alongside.
